IAEM Taiwan representative earns CEM® certification
By Nathaniel Forbes, Forbes Calamity Prevention Pte Ltd, Singapore. Posted: 10 March 2010 at 10:13 am (UTC +8 hours)
In October 2009, Mr. Gu Tswen Juh (TJ), our representative in Taiwan, was in Singapore to take [1] IS-100 and [2] IS-200 courses, the CEM® prep course and finally, the CEM® exam. He and 5 other IAEM members took the exam for the first time in Asia thanks to Nick Crossley, chairman at the [3] CEM® commission, who did the trip to Singapore.
Six month later and after a lot of work on his application, the IAEM Asia is proud to announce that TJ has been awarded Certified Emergency Manager®! Mr. Gu Tswen Juh will receive his certification at [4] AOR conference in October 2010.
If you are interested to learn TJ’s story and why he decided to become a CEM®, stay tuned on the [5] Taiwan page. (Left column)
